Calendars
Client Streamline comes with three booking calendars ready to use, so clients and leads can schedule the way that suits them:
- In-person — for face-to-face appointments at your office or a client’s home.
- Virtual — for video appointments.
- Phone — for phone consultations.
You’ll find all three under Calendars in the left menu.
Why three separate calendars
Section titled “Why three separate calendars”Each calendar can carry its own availability, meeting length, and booking link. That means you can share just your phone-appointment link with a lead who wants a quick call, or your in-person link with a client who wants to sit down — without them seeing options that don’t apply.
Booked appointments trigger reminders automatically
Section titled “Booked appointments trigger reminders automatically”Every appointment booked on these calendars flows into your automated reminder sequence — a confirmation right away, a reminder the day before, and a reminder an hour before (by both email and text). You don’t have to send any of it manually.
