Texting and calling

Conversations is your single inbox for every client. Text and call from right inside it, and each message and call is saved to the client’s record for you — nothing lives on your personal phone anymore.

  1. Open Conversations (or open the client’s record and start a conversation from there).
  2. Pick the client, type your message, and send.
  3. Their reply comes back into the same thread — you’ll see the whole back-and-forth in one place.
  1. From the client’s record or Conversations, start a call.
  2. The call connects through your CRM number, and it’s logged on the record when you’re done.
  • Every text and call is saved on the client’s record automatically.
  • A teammate helping with a client can see the full history.
  • Your automated reminders and follow-ups show up in the same thread, so you always know what the client has already heard from you.
